Encik Abdul Azis joined ZAMA in 1994 after having the experience of being the CEO of two great insurance companies based in Kuala Lumpur.   Prior to that, he has had more than 3 decades of insurance experience with him.

Mr Ooi started his career in the insurance industry as a loss adjuster in 1973 with Malayan Adjustment, handling multi-line insurance claims.Joined Mestari Adjusters in 1979.   Held the post of Deputy Managing Director and headed the motor business until his retirement in 2009. After which, he continued to work in Mestari Adjusters as Senior Technical Adviser until February 2012.   He helped to build a local repair time database in 1998 known as SAM, which is a fully functional repair estimation system. He has conducted seminars and training for MII, NICS and insurance companies.His forte is in the training of Motor Damage Assessment and Investigation, Motor Theft Investigation, Bodily Injury Investigation and Motor Fraud Investigation.In March 2012, he started ReCar Training Centre Sdn Bhd taking in I-CAR Collision Repair Programs from I-CAR Australia to train the local repair technicians, insurance loss adjusters and insurance claims personnel on the I-CAR standard of collision repairs. He also writes and conducts ReCar’s own programs on Motor Damage Assessment, Motor Fraud Investigations on Motor Claims, Theft Claims and Bodily Injury Claims.

Mr Sam Michael started insurance career in 1978 as Marine Manager.  After 20 years, expanded portfolio to become Head of Broking handling all classes. Have attended underwriting and marketing seminars in Jakarta, Hong Kong, Manila and Japan.

Puan Nor Aini graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with honors degree in Actuarial Science. She was a teacher before she started her career in Insurance line particularly in TPBI claims department.   She has worked with various insurance company i.e M/s Kurnia Insurance Bhd (2002 – 2007),  M/s Malaysian Assurance Alliance Bhd (2007 – 2010), M/s Etiqa Insurance & Takaful Bhd (2011-2015) and M/s AMGeneral Insurance Bhd (2015 – for a short period as Manager, Complex unit).

During her tenure with M/s Etiqa Insurance & Takaful Bhd she was assigned to represent the company to attend meeting on Civil Law Act (CLA) Review organized by AG Chambers in 2014 and,   she also represented Malaysia Takaful Association (MTA) for the subcommittee meeting on the Quantum Study organized by Actuarial Department, Malaysia in the same year.

In 2016 she was offered to join Investigation Company namely Darmani Adjusters & Investigators where she held a position of Operation Manager until February 2018.

Ong Seng Leong is LL.B (Hons) graduated from University of London (external).  He started work as a Civil Litigator in 1997.  In 1999, he joined MAA Assurance Berhad as an Assistant Manager attached to the Third Party Bodily Injury Unit in the Claims Department.  He had the opportunity to work in a few insurance companies namely The Pacific Insurance Berhad, Zurich Insurance Malaysia Berhad and Tune Protect Malaysia.  Prior joining Tune Protect Malaysia in 2018, he worked in an investigation firm that does work for various General Insurance companies in the industry.

Lean Jun Yi graduated with a Certificate in Computer Studies in 2004 and a Basic Certificate in Insurance Loss Adjusting (BCCILA) in 2005. He has attended various courses conducted by Motor Resource Consortium.

He obtained his CMII on 20 January 2024 and his ANZIIF (Affiliate CIP) on 1 August 2024.

He has 19 years of experience in handling and managing Motor Property claims, theft investigations and also non-motor claims.

Patrick Mak started his adjusting career back in 1999 as an Own Damage Surveyor.   He holds a Diploma in Automobile Engineering and BCCILA of the Malaysian Insurance Institute.  He attended various courses conducted by Motor Resource Consortium.   He was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2010 and became Manager in 2020.   He has more than 20 years of experience in handling and managing Motor Property claims.

Kelvin Wong started his adjusting career in 2005 until 2012, doing motor OD, motor investigation and non-motor. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and BCCILA of Malaysian Insurance Institute. He has 10 years’ experience in sales line, handling and managing distributors.  After that, he resumes back to his adjusting career in 2022.

Cik Marzianah joined ZAMA in 1996.    She started her career as an Administrative Support Assistant to Motor Liability/Non-Motor Department.  She was promoted to Administrative Executive and became Manager in 2016 in the Motor Property Department.   She has more than 20 years of working experience in providing administrative support to the business operations and monitoring compliance of adjusters and compliance required by the clients.

Encik Md Mursyidi graduated with a Diploma in Insurance in 2005 and a Basic Certificate in Insurance Loss Adjusting (BCCILA) in 2006.   In July 2006, he joined ZAMA as a Trainee Adjuster.   In January 2007, he started his loss adjusting career as Loss Adjuster in the Motor Property Department with ZAMA.   He was promoted to Senior Adjuster in 2016 and became Manager in 2018.   He has more than 15 years working experience in loss adjusting and reporting of Motor Property claims.
