We have set-up a compliance unit specifically to scrutinize all our reports are at the highest level of standards. This unit is also responsible in ensuring that we are complying with our service standard level which ultimately assists our business partners in their claim handling procedures. The Compliance Unit is controlled by Puan Nor Aini Binti Dosan. She brings over 15 years vast experience in handling compliance of many high profile cases during her tenure with various leading and reputable insurance companies in Malaysia.
