ZAMA Adjusters & Investigators Sdn Bhd is an established, homegrown loss adjusting practice with a network of 13 branches situated across West and East Malaysia.   Currently, ZAMA is in the panel of 8 Insurance Companies and 3 Takaful Operators in Malaysia and willingly offers our services and advises to interested parties, 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.  ZAMA believes that we are here simply not to reduce claims, but to be able to ensure that we have an “even handed” settlement where appropriate.

History

ZAMA Adjusters & Investigators Sdn Bhd was established in 1977. In 1994 both the shareholding and management were reorganized to reflect the changes when our Chairman, En. Abdul Azis bin Mat Amin came on-board.  The company has again being reorganized in May 2016 in view of some equity injection by new shareholders.   Experienced personnel were brought in to strengthen the company’s structure especially in technical area.
