Currently, ZAMA is in the panel of 8 Insurance Companies and 3 Takaful Operators in Malaysia and willingly offers our services and advises to interested parties, 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. ZAMA believes that we are here simply not to reduce claims, but to be able to ensure that we have an “even handed” settlement where appropriate.
History
Zama Adjusters & Investigators Sdn Bhd is an established, homegrown loss adjusting practice founded in 1977. The company has been providing professional loss adjusting solutions for decades. It underwent its first significant reorganization in 1994, which involved changes to both the shareholding and management to reflect new directions. A second major reorganization took place in May 2016 with the injection of new equity and the introduction of experienced personnel, strategically strengthening the company’s structure, particularly its technical expertise. Most recently, the leadership was transitioned as a new management team took over in October 2025. Today, the firm operates with a strong presence across the country, aiming to be recognized and respected as the preferred loss adjuster in Malaysia by providing timely, efficient, and high-quality services.
